Moosed Institute is the virtual college of ProjectMoosed — open to the public, and free to everyone. It exists because education is something we give away: what one person knows becomes what anybody can learn — taught, versioned, assessed, and recorded. ProjectMoosed team members learn here too; for them it is also part of the job's training, and it is never theirs alone.
There are no fees, no paid tiers, and no eligibility gates: enrollment is open to anybody who wants to learn. Courses are non-credit and non-degree, and completions issue certificates of completion recorded on your record.
How it works
Enroll
Enrollment is free and self-service, open to everyone. Your enrollment, course delivery, progress, and transcripts record against your learner record. ProjectMoosed team members: your access comes with your onboarding, and your completions also land on your team profile.
Learn
Work the course material in order — lectures and readings, video lessons, labs, papers, and practice: the whole apparatus of a real course. Rolling enrollment: start when you are ready, resume where you left off.
Test at the end
One test closes each course. Pass and you continue. Miss it and your instructor reviews every miss with you, maps it back to the unit that teaches it, and schedules your retest on the spot.
It's on your record
Completions and certificates land on your record — your Institute transcript (for team members, your team profile). Certificates carry a unique ID anyone can verify on this campus.
Who can enroll? Anyone. Enrollment is free and open to the public — browse the catalog and pick a course. This campus is the front door: the catalog, the schools, and certificate verification live here. ProjectMoosed team members get access through onboarding, and their enrollments, progress, and transcripts live on their team profile — the same profile that serves as their HR dashboard.

A college is its schools. The Institute opens with its first school in development and the rest in formation — each founded the same way: a named school, a written curriculum, a named head, and an assessment standard on record before its first enrollment.
Moosed Sales Academy Founding school · In development
The Institute's founding school. A-to-Z car-sales training for salespeople at any store — new or used inventory, prime or special finance, done right. Three courses: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

New schools are founded the same way the Sales Academy was: a named school, a written curriculum, a named head, and an assessment standard on record before the first enrollment. A discipline with no faculty seated yet says so — gaps are never faked.
Governance
The Institute is a standing institution of ProjectMoosed, chartered 2026-10-13 and run to the company's department standard. The Dean is a Chairman appointment, and the seat is held by Miriam Castellano, Dean of Moosed Institute. The Institute reports monthly to the Chairman on enrollments, completions, certifications, and curriculum gaps — measured on completions and outcomes, not activity.
